Teens & Parents Information
At Centers, we are attuned to the increasing prevalence of mental health concerns among teenagers across the nation. Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, peer influence, and the desire to find one’s place in the world. Our team of dedicated counselors is here to provide empathetic support and customized care to address the unique needs of each young individual during their developmental journey.
Our therapists provide guidance to teens seeking help with a range of issues such as: depression, anxiety, self-harm ideation, challenges in peer relationships, substance use, questions about sexuality, family conflicts, experiences of abuse or neglect, behavioral difficulties, relationship struggles, and stress management, among others. Our commitment is to offer a safe and welcoming space for teenagers to openly discuss their concerns. We are dedicated to providing them with clear guidance on how to improve their current situations and supporting their path toward brighter days.
